Your evaluation is a secure, one-on-one video session with Dr. Kelly Richardson, DNP, PMHNP-BC. Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, with no pressure and no rush, so you have space to talk openly about your mental health, lifestyle, and goals.
We review your current concerns and symptoms, asking detailed but approachable questions.
We review your emotional and behavioral history, medical background, family dynamics, and overall functioning.
We walk through any current or past treatments you’ve tried.
If a diagnosis is made, you’ll receive an initial treatment plan, which may include medication options or therapy referrals depending on your needs.
